It’s Bread NOLA is a family run business. All of our breads are baked in our home using simple, high quality ingredients. We use paper packaging and avoid the use of plastics. When deliveries take place on rainy days, we use biodegradable plastic substitutes to keep your bread dry. Most importantly, we believe that bread should be simple and satisfying. No bells.
